When opening Word with EndNote X1 or X2 installed, I am getting an "Unknown Error". How can I correct this? |
Answer:
The "Unknown Error" may be caused by corruption in your Microsoft Office Word settings.
Use the "Delete the Word Data registry key" steps from Microsoft to reset your Word Program.
Restart Word and you should be able to use EndNote X1 and X2.
