Install 16: I just got the Windows download version, but when I try to run the installer file I always get an error message that reads "Not a valid Win32 application". What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Answer: This means that the installer file you downloaded is corrupted, possibly because the download did not finish.

Note: This can happen with any downloaded version, from the demo to the full version.

Try downloading the installer file again. Please see this FAQ if you purchaced EndNote and need to repeat the download process.
