The EndNote icons in Word X are blank, or just show question marks, how can I fix this? |

Answer:
Make sure you've updated to the latest version of Word X, as anything earlier than 10.1.3 will not display the icons correctly. The 10.1.9 update for Microsoft Word is available here.
