Endnote X1 and earlier: No, when you install EndNote on a Windows computer, only the account you were logged in with at the time of installation will have the tools automatically added to Word. For other accounts, you will need to add the tools manually to Word.

With EndNote X1, note that you can use the "Configure EndNote" option to add the tools to Word. Running This tool will install the CWYW files for the user who is currently logged in.
