I am having problems sharing groups- other users cannot use or see the group I had previously shared after adding more users.

Answer:
To fix this issue do the following:

Go to the "Organize" tab.

Click "Manage Sharing" for the affected shared folder.

Click the "Clear List" button.

Click the "Start sharing this group" link.

Add one email address to the group, and click Apply.
-
In the same window, repear the process one email address at a time until you are done.
Do not enter multiple addresses at the same time, as that will cause the issue.
We are aware of this issue and are hoping to correct it in the next release of EndNote Web.
