The EndNote Web tools are not showing up in the EndNote Web tab of Word 2007/2010. How can I add them?

| Answer:
The way to get the tools to appear in Word 2007/2010 is to download and run the EndNote Web plugin installer again. After logging into EndNote Web, go to the bottom of the page, and locate the "Download Installers" link to find the installer file.
