• Web of Knowledge accounts: If you find you are limited to one Author-Date style, you can restore access to styles, filters and online connections by logging into Web of Knowledge (on campus or via proxy) and selecting "My EndNote Web" on the top menu to access your account. This will reset your roaming access for one year (see the roaming access help topic for more details - Chinese, English, German, Japanese)
  Should you continue to see only one Author-Date style, please contact our Technical Support team for assistance. Include your EndNote Web account name, email and your institution.
  Shibboleth users: An issue has been identified that requires deleting cookies between EndNote Web sessions to retain the full selection of styles. A correction will be implemented mid-July.
