July 2011 Release - v3.2
- Cite While You Write in Word 2010 (64-bit). Get the new plug-in from the “Download Installers” link at the bottom of any EndNote Web page.
- Load the new EndNote Web toolbar plug-in for Firefox 5.0.
- Get improved journal name handling for Web of Knowledge references.
- Capture more Web page data with the web browser feature.
June 2011 Release - v3.1
- Firefox 4.0 – Web interface and plug-in now work seamlessly.
- Safari 5.0 – Web interface is optimized.
- Track your account status and roaming expirations on the new Account Information page on the Options tab.
- Web of Knowledge accounts: If you find you are limited to one Author-Date style, you can restore access to styles, filters and online connections by logging into Web of Knowledge (on campus or via proxy) and selecting "My EndNote Web" on the top menu to access your account. This will reset your roaming access for one year (see the roaming access help topic for more details - Chinese, English, German, Japanese)
Should you continue to see only one Author-Date style, please contact our Technical Support team for assistance. Include your EndNote Web account name, email and your institution.
Shibboleth users: An issue has been identified that requires deleting cookies between EndNote Web sessions to retain the full selection of styles. A correction will be implemented mid-July.
